Accidents happen, things get dropped. If its undetected. . . all the worse. At the worst it could mean a turbo failure after start up or if a bolt made its way down the turbo drain passage. At best you have a lot of work ahead that wasn't planned and you had enough work already.  Get the Turbo plug kit and avoid unnecessary work.
